Service Description

The initial consultation establishes the guidelines in which the client and the therapist will be interacting with each other throughout the consultations. It starts with a dialogue established and based on mutual trust and privacy. After responding to an extensive confidentiel questionnaire as well as an Ayurvedic quiz, the therapist will evaluate and reflect to the best of her knowledge on how her services and recommendations can benefit her client if any and recommend herbal and or aroma-therapeutic remedies for particular ailments or non life threatening conditions or goals the client might have. The therapist will also offer an Ayurvedic profile at no extra charge and email her conclusions to the clients upon completion of the quiz or prior to the follow up consultation and make her recommendations. These natural based remedies or recommendations are not intended to cure or diagnose any health condition brought forth by the client and the client understands that the therapist is not a medical doctor nor she represents herself as a medical doctor. The therapist is a certified Aromatherapist and Herbalist as well as practices Ayurvedic guidance to alleviate or minimize certain conditions brought forth by her client. Any new request not included in the initial consultation per the client will have to be addressed within the scope of a new consultation. The client has an option to a 20mn follow up consultation within a 2 weeks period after the initial consultation.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELATION AND RETURN POLICY WEST COAST LIFESTYLES INC:  We understand sometimes life happens so please follow the steps below to receive a prompt refund or exchange. Our goal is to be able to assist you regardless of your circumstances and without delay. We have a firm return refund policy because we are a small business so we hope you understand. ​ SERVICES FOR SERIES AND PACKAGES: Series or packages of 4 must be used within 6 months of 1st service.  Series or packages of 6 must be used within 8 months of 1st service. Series or packages of 8 must be used within 12 months of 1st service. Series or packages of 12 months must be used within 18 months of the 1st service All unused services will be forfeited with no compensation past the expiration dates listed above. NO EXCEPTION unless special arrangements have been made in advance with Dominique. ​ WCLS does not offer any refunds only store credits for services or retail products. Should a series of any kind be the subject of a credit, the services will be charged at the "a la carte price" which is higher than the series prices per treatment and the credit will reflect that amount. NO SHOWS AND LAST-MINUTE CANCELATIONS (less than 48 hrs. of the time of the service) 50% of the total price of the appointment will be automatically charged. Series and packages forfeit that session unless there is a medical emergency. WCLS will graciously wave the No-show / last-minute cancelation policy once a year per client. ​ MERCHANDISE * Defective items should be reported via email to westcoastlifestylesinc@gmail.com within 24 hours of reception RETURN: All merchandise must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging. No refund will be granted, only exchanges or store credits unless the product is defective.  Our policy is 10 days from the time of purchase. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
