RETURNS:
Our policy is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Vitamins or prepackaged food, aromatherapy, art, gift cards, all custom orders, sale items are FINAL SALE
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO GENERATE A RETURN:
*To complete any return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
* Defective item should be reported via email info@westcoastlifestylesinc.com within 24 hrs of reception
HOW TO START A REFUND:
*Email reason of return or refund to info@westcoastlifestylesinc.com with pictures of receipt, item, and an explanation to expedite your case. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund by email so please provide a valid email address to receive the status.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days from the approval of your return.
EXCHANGES:
We only replace items for size or color purposes, and you will be charged for the shipping cost. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@westcoastlifestylesinc.com and wait for instructions on how to send your item back. You will need an authorization and approval code to be placed in your exchange. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We offer a lifetime warranty on every custom jewelry piece we sell on our website. In case you encounter any problems with the item you purchased from us, please send it back to us for repair within 30 days. Upon receipt of the defective item, we send it to the vendor for repair and mail it back to you promptly. Due to the nature of our business and the lifetime warranty we offer on everything we sell, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

In case you encounter any problems with the item you purchased from us, please send it back to us for repair within 30 days. Upon receipt of the defective item, we send it to the vendor for repair and mail it back to you promptly. This vendor requires a $10 participation for repairs and shipping costs. Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
