CANCELATION AND RETURN POLICY WEST COAST LIFESTYLES INC:
We understand sometimes life happens so please follow the steps below to receive a prompt refund or exchange. Our goal is to be able to assist you regardless of your circumstances and without delay. We have a firm return refund policy because we are a small business so we hope you understand.
SERVICES FOR SERIES AND PACKAGES:
Series or packages of 4 must be used within 6 months of 1st service.
Series or packages of 6 must be used within 8 months of 1st service.
Series or packages of 8 must be used within 12 months of 1st service.
Series or packages of 12 months must be used within 18 months of the 1st service
All unused services will be forfeited with no compensation past the expiration dates listed above. NO EXCEPTION unless special arrangements have been made in advance with Dominique.
WCLS does not offer any refunds only store credits for services or retail products. Should a series of any kind be the subject of a credit, the services will be charged at the "a la carte price" which is higher than the series prices per treatment and the credit will reflect that amount.
NO SHOWS AND LAST-MINUTE CANCELATIONS (less than 48 hrs. of the time of the service) 50% of the total price of the appointment will be automatically charged. Series and packages forfeit that session unless there is a medical emergency.
WCLS will graciously wave the No-show / last-minute cancelation policy once a year per client.
MERCHANDISE * Defective items should be reported via email to email@example.com within 24 hours of reception
RETURN: All merchandise must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging. No refund will be granted, only exchanges or store credits unless the product is defective.
Our policy is 10 days from the time of purchase. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Vitamins or prepackaged food, aromatherapy, art, gift cards, all custom orders, sale items are FINAL SALE
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO GENERATE A RETURN:
*To complete any return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
HOW TO START A RETURN:
*Email the reason for the return or refund to firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures of the receipt, item, and an explanation to expedite your case. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund by email so please provide a valid email address to receive the status. NO refund will be granted, only exchanges or store credits unless the product is defective.
If your return is approved, then your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We do not replace or refund items because of size or color purposes.
